Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets
  • •Lead and support Operations Associates to ensure safe, productive performance and act as the escalation point for daily operations
  • •Guide operations across warehouse and kitchen tasks, assisting with day-to-day tasks and maintaining a positive, safe atmosphere for team and customers
  • •Ensure orders are fulfilled with high quality, accurate execution, and smooth Dasher pickups; communicate with customers when issues arise
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience across operations
