Job Summary

Lead the planning, design, delivery, and commissioning of rail, road, bridge, and associated transportation infrastructure projects for a themed Entertainment Resort Complex. Manage project strategy, budgets, schedules, procurement, risk, change control, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent efforts, ensuring CDM, regulatory, EHS, quality, and guest experience requirements are met. Oversee governance, commercial management, interfaces with third-party developments, and reporting to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and delivery of Universal-led road, rail, and bridge infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and statutory requirements.
•Oversee integration of construction activities across the resort complex, coordinating project interfaces, safety planning, and EHS compliance.
•Manage project governance and administration, including correspondence, RFIs, design/construction reviews, submittals, records, action logs, notices, and payment applications.
•Manage and report project budgets and schedules, monitoring milestones and proactively addressing risks and opportunities to keep projects on track.
•Collate, track, and report project components (budget, schedule, progress) to upper management and maintain accurate documentation for timely completion.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects across design and construction phases.
•Knowledge of construction project delivery methods for enabling infrastructure such as roadways, rail development, and roadway structures.
•Experience working with statutory bodies and knowledge of road and rail licensing requirements.
•Ability to interpret and understand design and construction drawings.
•Strong project management experience across scheduling, budgeting, change control, risk management, and reporting.
