Drive strategic partnerships for Anghami and OSN+ to accelerate user acquisition and subscription revenue across retail, banking, fintech, and e-commerce. Own the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and pitching through negotiation, contracting, and launch—while building and scaling partner relationships. Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, legal, finance, and operations to execute go-to-market plans, ensure KPI delivery, and continuously optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships to drive user acquisition, engagement, and subscription revenue growth.
•Structure innovative commercial models (e.g., bundling, cashback, loyalty, distribution deals) aligned with partner and company objectives.
•Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and launch.
•Manage and grow existing strategic partnerships, including upsell and expansion opportunities, while ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs.
•Oversee day-to-day partnership operations such as campaign execution, reporting, invoicing, and collections; maintain forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within e-commerce, fintech, media, telecom, or retail.
•Strong track record closing deals and delivering revenue growth in GCC.
•Experience in digital subscription or OTT businesses is a strong plus.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•Ability to originate, structure, and close high-value deals with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
