Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects/work packages to ensure on-time delivery within scope and zero or positive deviation.
  • •Execute projects using Honeywell’s HBS Project Management Methodology via ProjectVision.
  • •Maintain risk & opportunity schedules and project documentation, including support for extension of time claims and change order management.
  • •Provide site management for installation and commissioning activities with direct resources, subcontractors, and third parties.
  • •Coordinate sub-contractors, resources, supply availability, and technical requirements with engineering leaders to meet specifications and achieve practical completion.

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years of delivery experience of Automation Controls Systems (IBMS / BMS).
  • •Diploma in Engineering.
  • •Experience with ELV services including CCTV, card access, fire alarm systems (FAS), nurse call, and PA.
  • •Ability to understand financial data at contract level and take actions based on variances.
  • •Ability to mobilize resources, develop action plans/control mechanisms, and assess acceptable risk to minimize it.
