Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop robust mobilisation and transition plans during the sales phase, including scope definition, risks/dependencies, programme artefacts and deliverability assurance.
  • •Own projects or workstreams during delivery, ensuring governance, reporting and control across implementation.
  • •Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting and RAID management to achieve milestones, quality and outcomes.
  • •Support operational readiness, cutover planning and successful service implementation through transition lifecycle delivery.
  • •Conduct programme assurance and deliverability reviews and support bid teams by strengthening mobilisation and transition responses.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering projects or workstreams within large, complex programmes.
  • •Experience across programme lifecycles, including bids, transitions, mobilisations, transformations or service delivery.
  • •Strong programme planning, scheduling and governance expertise.
  • •Experience managing RAID logs, reporting and programme controls.
  • •Practitioner-level qualification in PRINCE2, MSP or APM; a degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
