Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement Qiddiya’s learning architecture, pathways, curricula, and development journeys aligned to priority capability areas.
  • •Translate strategic priorities into learning roadmaps and interventions supporting current performance and future workforce readiness.
  • •Establish learning governance, policies, standards, and decision rights; define reporting and effectiveness measures for adoption, capability growth, and ROI.
  • •Lead growth and integration of the learning ecosystem, including SuccessFactors and Sana, and create blended digital and in-person learning experiences.
  • •Design and lead the future learning organization and build a resilient, service-oriented learning team that delivers with pace and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of Learning & Development experience, including 8+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • •Proven success designing and delivering enterprise learning in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally with Middle East scope.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Saudi learning environment, including regulatory, governance, workforce development, and compliance expectations.
  • •Experience managing internal stakeholders, external providers, budgets, business cases, and learning investment decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree or advanced HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) preferred; digitally fluent with learning technologies (SuccessFactors and Sana preferred).
