Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and execute administrative processes to support brokers and onboarding of clients
•Collect, verify information, and prepare instructions for policy issuance and bookings
•Answer client inquiries, support transaction due diligence, and manage onboarding activities
•Track outstanding actions and provide clear progress updates to the team
•Contribute to process improvements (LEAN) and ongoing optimization initiatives

Key Requirements

•MBO+/HBO level education with relevant experience coordinating and executing administrative processes
•Excellent organization and planning skills; ability to maintain oversight and work under time pressure
•Proactive and assertive when dealing with internal customers and stakeholders; able to prioritize and say no when needed
•Analytical thinker who translates data and signals into clear actions and overviews
•Communicative in Dutch (English is a plus) and proficient with Excel
