Key Responsibilities

  • •Control and monitor all loadout functions.
  • •Operate automatic scale/dump systems and blend product as prescribed to generate blends.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and blended products.
  • •Load and unload product from trucks and operate heavy equipment as needed.
  • •Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements, including cleanliness duties and keeping records.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • •Prior internship experience or agriculture background is helpful.
