Key Responsibilities

  • •Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.
  • •Clean and organize the bar area, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash and empty bottles.
  • •Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, mixing ingredients, and serving drinks to customers.
  • •Maintain inventory levels by tracking stock, replenishing supplies, and notifying management of shortages.
  • •Support during busy periods and assist with opening/closing setup and breakdown while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience; 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •Understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and serving techniques.
  • •Ability to manage inventory levels (stock rotation, restocking, maintaining par levels).
  • •Strong communication skills to interact with bartenders, customers, and staff.
  • •Capacity to handle physical demands and work in a fast-paced environment.
