Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow emergency procedures, Lockout/Tagout, and fall protection/ladders safety during inspections and maintenance.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of the building and troubleshoot issues to complete minor repairs to maintain functionality and appearance.
  • •Operate utility shutoff systems (water, gas, electric, and emergency shutoffs) as needed.
  • •Complete maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation accurately and on time; report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • •Maintain knowledge of building layout and access points; support ISO and SQF compliance and participate in audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and basic mechanical/maintenance skills.
