Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily data entry for posting checks, ACH, and wires into IRA and Sinking Fund accounts.
  • •Process remote capture deposits and set up bank drafts as needed.
  • •Review and reconcile daily balance and ensure accuracy of posted activity.
  • •Complete fee processing, including invoicing account fees, fee payments, and past due notices.
  • •Complete assigned compliance training, including BSA/AML, and review/analyze reconciling reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED with specialized schooling and/or on-the-job training in a specific skill area, plus 7 to 11 months related experience or equivalent combination.
  • •Proficiency in posting and processing financial transactions with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedure manuals, and policy documents, and write routine correspondence and reports.
  • •Working knowledge of accounting principles, including G/L processing.
  • •Basic to intermediate software skills including 10-key and spreadsheet use; must be proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
