Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, driving sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, merchandising, and transaction handling.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and accurate handling of purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and meet physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and moving around the sales floor and stockroom.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
