Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Purchasing Department with procurement of subcontractor trade packages across construction disciplines.
  • •Support bid management by helping prepare and issue ITBs, maintaining bid contacts and prequalification lists, and coordinating bid receipt and follow-up.
  • •Assist with bid leveling and proposal comparison by organizing proposals into formats for senior review.
  • •Draft and support scopes of work, review drawings/specifications for scope boundaries, and compile bid packages (scopes, drawings, RFQ forms, contract exhibits).
  • •Support contract administration by maintaining bid logs and contract files, assisting with subcontract/purchase order execution, and tracking awards through execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or similar technical fields.
  • •Preference for MEP experience or demonstrated interest in MEP.
  • •Experience working in construction, engineering, or design (preferred).
  • •Previous relevant internship experience (preferred).
  • •Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and Outlook), with exposure to construction-based computer programs.
