Lead and scale Agile Defense's federal capture program across six Pods, establishing standardized capture processes, governance, and pipeline hygiene. Key Responsibilities

•Establish, standardize, and enforce end-to-end capture management frameworks, including gate reviews, win theme development, and color team reviews.
•Provide governance to Capture Leads across Pods; drive lifecycle from opportunity identification through proposal submission with pipeline integrity.
•Deliver actionable intelligence on win probability, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting to C-suite leadership.
•Build a scalable, repeatable capture framework across six divisions; collaborate with Solution Architects, Proposal Management, Pricing, and BD in a cross-functional team.
•Lead and mentor a distributed team of Capture Leads; foster accountability and a culture of winning.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years in capture management, business development, or growth leadership within federal government contracting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing capture teams and/or a center of excellence.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred; formal capture management training (e.g., Shipley, APMP).
•Proven track record of leading captures valued at $100M+ across multiple contract vehicles (IDIQ, BPA, single-award, GWAC, etc.).
•Deep GovCon experience across DoD and Federal Civilian agencies; experience operating within a matrixed Growth organization with cross-functional Pod-based teams.
•Active Secret clearance to start (Top Secret preferred).
