Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in framing and design workshops with BPOs and POs to understand HR processes, data flows, and business needs.
  • •Develop functional and technical specifications aligned with HR strategy and operational needs.
  • •Design, build, and continuously improve interactive Power BI dashboards for HR data visualization and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Determine which requests should remain ad-hoc versus become standardized solutions.
  • •Design, develop, and improve the SSAS cube and manage HR data sharing requests in line with data governance protocols, including sensitive data checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and familiarity with the M language for data visualization, plus strong knowledge of Business Objects for structuring HR data.
  • •Experience with HRIS/SIRH applications such as Workday and/or Cornerstone.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into data models and explain requirements through analysis.
  • •Understanding of HR processes and collaboration with both HR and IS/IT technical profiles.
  • •Knowledge of Python for transforming and automating data, and experience with HR Data Warehouse and SSAS environments.
