Job Summary

Transform HR data into actionable insights for Thales’ Core HR function. Partner with HR business and product owners to translate needs into functional and technical specifications, build and continuously improve interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting, and maintain analytical cubes using SSAS. Support standardized solutions vs ad-hoc needs, and ensure data sharing follows governance protocols, including handling sensitive data, leveraging Workday and an HR data warehouse roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in framing and design workshops with BPOs and POs to understand HR processes, data flows, and business needs.
•Develop functional and technical specifications aligned with HR strategy and operational needs.
•Design, build, and continuously improve interactive Power BI dashboards for HR data visualization and data-driven decision-making.
•Determine which requests should remain ad-hoc versus become standardized solutions.
•Design, develop, and improve the SSAS cube and manage HR data sharing requests in line with data governance protocols, including sensitive data checks.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and familiarity with the M language for data visualization, plus strong knowledge of Business Objects for structuring HR data.
•Experience with HRIS/SIRH applications such as Workday and/or Cornerstone.
•Ability to translate business needs into data models and explain requirements through analysis.
•Understanding of HR processes and collaboration with both HR and IS/IT technical profiles.
•Knowledge of Python for transforming and automating data, and experience with HR Data Warehouse and SSAS environments.
