Key Responsibilities

  • •Set product direction across foundational platform bets by defining problems/outcomes and partnering with engineering on phased value delivery.
  • •Collaborate on long-term cost-and-value architecture spanning telemetry, data engines, and customer-facing cost stories.
  • •Develop and defend sizing and impact estimates for large, diffuse programs to support resourcing and prioritization decisions.
  • •Anticipate and communicate market trends in telemetry economics and agentic observability that shape platform investment.
  • •Partner to understand cost-to-serve unit economics and surface customer-positive angles in cost work through concise executive-level communication.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of Product Management experience, or a track record showing Staff-level capabilities in related software roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to build credible cost-and-impact models for work spanning multiple engineering teams and defend them to leadership.
  • •Strong systems-thinking skills connecting cause and effect across the data platform (intake through query).
  • •Comfort operating with ambiguity and breadth in foundational platform work shaping over multiple quarters.
