Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently support the project team during design and construction stages.
  • •Design air distribution, hydronic, and automated temperature control systems for mission critical facilities.
  • •Integrate complex mechanical requirements into facility designs and develop drawings and specifications for issuance.
  • •Coordinate with internal disciplines, external vendors/manufacturers, and communicate engineering concepts with clients and stakeholders.
  • •Perform CFD evaluations, review mechanical designs and drawings prior to issuance, and mentor/train junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a mechanical building systems emphasis.

  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, plus Trane Trace and Pipeflow.
  • •Knowledge of building, mechanical, and energy codes.
  • •Ability to work schedules that may extend beyond a typical workweek and occasional travel as needed.
