Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the HR team with annual people management milestones and recurring HR processes (goal setting campaigns, year-end interviews, salary review, talent review, professional interviews).
  • •Prepare HR communications, pilot files, presentation materials, and consolidated analyses for the HR department.
  • •Coordinate sites and manage incentive calculation processes, individual social reports, and data collection for the annual reporting, DOETH, and training tax.
  • •Act as the HR data reference: build dashboards and track KPIs (headcount, absenteeism, interim, recruitment, performance, talent management) and produce ad hoc analyses.
  • •Administer collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams), produce collaborative workshop materials, support HR team operations (meeting agenda/calendar, leave tracking, HR budget, purchase orders).

Key Requirements

  • •Bac +2/+3 level education.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Advanced mastery of the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • •Strong organization skills to manage processes across multiple scopes.
  • •Rigor, discretion, confidentiality, and strong comfort with numbers/data; first ERP experience appreciated (Oracle a plus), Power BI a plus; professional English (B2).
