Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and oversee excellent design work on client and internal projects with guidance from Design/Creative Directors.
  • •Translate conceptual and strategic ideas into impactful visual solutions.
  • •Design iteratively using strong typography, composition, messaging hierarchy, and layout principles, and provide pointed feedback to improve work.
  • •Research and oversee the selection of visual references (including design, page animation, illustration, and photography) to build a reference library.
  • •Manage designers and outside collaborators, delegating work based on workload/capabilities and directing external partners to deliver high-quality creative.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional work experience in the art industry.
  • •5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and modern digital publishing platforms such as Webflow.
  • •Demonstrated mastery of design principles including typography, grid systems, layout hierarchy, color theory, and art direction for digital and print.
  • •Experience managing designers, including delegating tasks, giving constructive feedback, and overseeing visual quality.
