Key Responsibilities

•Manage relationships with key DSPs in Hong Kong (e.g. Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, local/regional platforms) and negotiate promotional opportunities and marketing support.
•Define partnership strategies, build a robust new digital business pipeline, and execute go-to-market plans to achieve market share and revenue targets.
•Track, analyze, and report streaming performance across platforms; identify growth opportunities and advise on data-driven strategies.
•Support planning and execution of physical product releases (CDs, vinyl); coordinate with production vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory updates.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, A&R, Finance, and Supply Chain; align digital and physical strategies and support regional/global initiatives.
