Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety practices and maintain a safe and secure work environment, including safety meetings, inspections, and accident investigations.
  • •Supervise and develop a warehouse team (approximately 14 forklift operators) and coordinate warehouse activities for the plant.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external logistics teams to coordinate inbound/outbound shipment flow and facilitate shipments of finished product and scrap.
  • •Review and compile bills of lading for completeness and accuracy prior to distribution and coordinate customer orders, inventory levels, and shipments for on-time delivery.
  • •Manage inventory accuracy and levels across internal, external, and customer locations, including maintaining utilization (greater than 90%) and FIFO consumption.
