Associate Software Engineer

Build and improve AI-enabled software solutions for Zurich Nova, collaborating across engineering and product layers from concept to technical implementation. Use prompting, model interaction, and software engineering skills to shape better outcomes, translate complex ideas into clear language, and help design new ways of working that improve software delivery. Work with emerging technologies and language models while exploring safe, effective, and commercially viable applications of AI and iterating on interfaces, workflows, and systems.
