Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level technical project leadership and manage administrative, commercial, and technical components of assigned projects/portfolios.
  • •Oversee cross-functional technical teams, including budgeting, tracking hours and expenses, deliverables, compliance documentation, and contractual obligations.
  • •Develop project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans, including building the WBS and estimated costs.
  • •Establish and drive appropriate technical reviews and adherence to QA/QC (including recording review comments and dispositions).
  • •Manage project controls and reporting: margin analysis, forecasting, cost/schedule performance, change tracking, dashboards/executive reporting, client status updates, and AR/unbilled revenue monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
  • •Proficient understanding of project delivery process within the A/E/C industry and strong experience in project management.
  • •Experience supporting utility/energy or other large capital infrastructure programs with multidisciplinary delivery, stakeholder coordination, and formal project controls.
