Corporate Counsel (Schaumburg, IL, US)

Identify, manage, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and corporate governance risks for Zurich’s business to support strategic goals and protect company assets. Provide corporate legal guidance on regulatory and governance matters, advise on local legal issues for corporate transactions, and address conflicts between management and the legal entity’s position. Partner with procurement and vendor management on non-insurance commercial activities, including data protection, sourcing, and vendor management.
