Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage concurrent HAC programs from award through fabrication, kitting, and shipment, owning schedule, cost, scope, and delivery commitments.
  • •Run configuration control across HAC design variants by ensuring released design, BOM, and material takeoffs support production releases.
  • •Own budget reporting and forecasting: track quoted vs. actual material cost, escalate variances with root cause, and maintain the project cost model for PMO reporting.
  • •Coordinate customer and contractor scope delineation, clarifying what ships vs. what is field-installed and documenting responsibility transfers.
  • •Drive production release readiness and logistics sequencing, including drawing/BOM completeness, shop packet quality, change/risk logs, and customer-facing schedule impact reporting.

Key Requirements
