Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually to understand banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Provide an optimal client experience through proactive outreach, account opening, service requests, and credit application submissions. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital and self-service tools, and educate clients to help them meet their goals while ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
