Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, engineer, realize, and commission plants and plant-technical improvements focused on work safety, preventive maintenance, and availability
  • •Create schedule and cost plans for projects
  • •Prepare project-specific requirements documents (Lastenhefte) and technical specifications
  • •Conduct technical bid comparisons and lead cross-department project teams
  • •In future, lead the Water/Gas department (approx. 30 employees) and take responsibility for construction and operation of gas, water, and hydrogen infrastructure

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in process engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable training
  • •Experience in project management with domain-specific planning and monitoring tools
  • •Knowledge of DVGW/DVGW-Regelwerk; reliability maintenance knowledge is an advantage
  • •First leadership responsibility is desirable
  • •Confident use of MS Office applications (e.g., SAP) and strong communication in German and English
