Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • •Moderate workshops to capture business and technology requirements and validate solutions.
  • •Provide functional and technical expertise for planning, design, implementation and testing of SAP MDG-M related functions (material master) including external supplier catalogs.
  • •Develop solution concepts based on MM- and MDG standard functionalities (Central Governance, consolidation, mass processing) and client-specific extensions (complex material maintenance workflows with PLM interface).
  • •Plan and execute the solution implementation in parallel (dependencies) and monitor development, configuration, integration, testing and data migration by global support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Computer Science (or equivalent)
  • •Extensive professional experience in SAP technology and master data management in SAP ERP & S/4HANA projects (~8 years)
  • •Experience in SAP MDG implementation, migration, data import, rollout and execution
  • •Familiarity with SAP software engineering processes and associated tools (e.g., Jira, SAP Solution Manager)
  • •Strong ability to manage business requirements, solution design and effort estimation with stakeholders in German and English
