Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Square’s Tier 1 trade show activations, including booth design/production and on-site logistics/staffing.
  • •Develop and execute the annual trade show strategy with event selection, budget management, ROI tracking, and recommendations for future investments.
  • •Create and negotiate experiential sponsorships with key industry partners to drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • •Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to implement lead capture and follow-up, and align on messaging and product demonstrations.
  • •Manage vendor relationships and maintain processes for inventory, shipping logistics, booth asset maintenance, and booth documentation/specifications; travel up to 25%.
  • •Manage vendor relationships including agencies, warehousing partners, booth fabricators, AV providers, and various event contractors
