Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate punch press machines using progressive automatic dies and automatic feed equipment.
  • •Prepare parts and components (e.g., wiping, degreasing, de-burring, grinding) and manage scrap and related documentation/records.
  • •Use drawings/blueprints and manufacturing information to inspect parts, make adjustments, clear jams/malfunctions, and run trial/first-part inspections.
  • •Transport dies for installation/calibration using a forklift and dismantle/move dies to tool room when sharpening/maintenance is required.
  • •Perform equipment maintenance as needed (tooling changes, minor adjustments, completing maintenance check sheets) and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Key Requirements
