Senior/Staff Applied Scientist/Research Engineer

Drive applied AI research for advanced models across text, image, and speech, partnering with clients to solve high-impact problems. Run large-scale pre- and post-training on GPU clusters, build and evaluate datasets, and develop tools and frameworks for training and deployment. Work with internal and external teams on deep learning agents and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, leading projects from technical diagnosis through performance, reliability, and measurable outcomes.
