Job Summary

Lead Lean transformation for Trane’s Residential HVAC value stream by coaching leaders and building a people-first culture grounded in positivity, growth, and continuous improvement. Facilitate kaizen events, participate in gemba walks, and deliver Lean training. Partner with teams on value stream mapping, standard work, visual management, and problem-solving routines. Track and communicate Mission Control Center results while supporting adoption of daily management and change-management practices that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cycle time.

•Support Lean transformation and daily management by removing obstacles and partnering with teams on learning and innovation.
•Facilitate rapid improvement events, including kaizen, and participate in gemba walks to coach ownership of standard work, flow, and takt attainment.
•Execute Lean and daily management activities such as value stream/workplace analyses, creating and refining standard work, and leading issue resolution.
•Strengthen Lean culture and capabilities and sustain improvements by tracking results and communicating outcomes to leadership.

•Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to connect across all levels of the organization.
•Deep knowledge of gemba-based continuous improvement and people-centered Lean practices; familiarity with the Shingo Model preferred.
