Lead Design and Analysis Engineer

Lead mission system design and analysis for complex system-of-systems capabilities, shaping architecture, integration, and verification across distributed sensors, datalinks, mission management, and weapons/payload interfaces. Create and maintain SysML/MBSE models with requirement traceability, drive end-to-end mission system architectures and trade studies, and validate behavior through simulation, test, and field verification while providing technical leadership and mentoring.
