Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide business support to promoters across event show costing, budget, and forecasting stages for UK and Europe tours.
  • •Prepare profit and loss show accounts from contractual stages through finalisation and obtain promoter signoff approval.
  • •Support show settlements and reconciliation, dealing with tour representatives from provisional through “NOS” settlements and ensuring figure accuracy.
  • •Investigate and analyse material variances to projections and support special finance projects as needed.
  • •Process tour reporting and expenses, including tour floats/PLEO, purchase orders and invoice approvals, and artist deposit/balance payments with general ledger reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in concert promotions, event management, or music venue management.
  • •Strong numeracy with attention to detail and intermediate-or-above Excel proficiency.
  • •Knowledge of FEU and supporting withholding tax requirements with tour accounting staff, promoters, and artist representatives.
  • •Ability to plan, organise, and manage your own workload while multitasking across multiple projects.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
