Job Summary

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for delivering HR services to an assigned key account within the Workforce Solutions team. Manage account administration including payroll processing and invoicing, support contract profitability, and draft costing sheets. Build client relationships, draft/review/negotiates contracts (under supervision), and pitch additional services. Coordinate day-to-day account operations with SOPs, KPIs, and HR service delivery such as recruitment, visas, onboarding/offboarding, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the day-to-day point of contact for delivering HR services to an assigned key account and ensure expectations are exceeded with service delivery standards aligned to SOPs.
•Manage the Account Administration team to ensure accurate, on-time monthly payroll processing and invoicing.
•Own contract profitability by identifying positive/negative impacts and implementing actions, including drafting costing sheets.
•Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts, annexures, and addendums (under supervision of the Account manager) while developing and maintaining client relationships.
•Coordinate account operations and KPIs, and liaise with HR Admin and Payroll teams to support hirings, visa/passport services, onboarding/offboarding, and full and final processing.

Key Requirements

•2 years of HR outsourcing experience in a customer-facing role.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take direction and apply processes day to day.
•Strong MS Office skills.
•Experience issuing quotations, tracking purchase orders, payroll, and invoicing.
