Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the data collection roadmap via the JS Agent by defining instrumentation contracts, managing schema evolution, and ensuring reliable delivery to Server APIs.
  • •Shape what users can see and do with device data by translating feedback into a prioritized roadmap for the Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, and MCP query experiences.
  • •Maintain a clear roadmap across JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP Server, running quarterly planning, writing PRDs, managing dependencies, and communicating trade-offs.
  • •Own customer migration completion between major Server API versions, coordinating product and design priorities tied to data freshness and export flows.
  • •Coordinate with product marketing for launches and drive documentation updates, training materials, and best practices to ensure customers can adopt shipped capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product management experience, ideally shipping a product through growth or scaling.
  • •Deep understanding of big data pipelines, including data collection, storage, and query requirements at scale.
  • •Experience PM-ing data analytics products; identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence experience is a strong plus.
  • •Fluency with event-level data APIs and API-as-data-product thinking for high-volume behavioral/identity streams.
  • •Server-side API understanding at scale (e.g., rate limiting, regional data residency, authentication patterns, pagination).
