Workplace Operations Manager

Own the day-to-day logistics of the Paris global HQ and support Mistral’s EMEA expansion as part of the Workplace Operations team. You’ll create an inclusive, vibrant workspace culture, supervise the hospitality team, and ensure smooth office operations. Manage supplier relationships, elevate the visitor experience, and coordinate on-site maintenance, shipping, inventory, and deliveries. You’ll be the go-to for office inquiries and help build community through events and activities.
