Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits (offboarding) across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior client and employee experience.
  • •Provide guidance and manage client requests on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and negotiations related to separations and settlements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure offboarding compliance and audits, draft and administer termination documents, and process offboarding in Remote’s HRIS platform.
  • •Deliver first-level employee relations support: guide clients through ER resources, assess workplace concerns, monitor cases, support progressive discipline, and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, conduct research, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
