Key Responsibilities

•Provide customer service to employees related to personnel security questions and actions.
•Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) as they relate to operating in a classified environment (personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified).
•Update and upload required documents to the customer security database ensuring compliance; print and distribute program badges and local courier.
•Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and Government inspections; investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports on risk to programs.
•Maintain personnel records and conduct data entry; work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: USD 57,200 - 108,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
•Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705
•Experience in data entry or database management and media control
•Experience with Microsoft products
•U.S. Citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
