Client Services Representative

Serve as a trusted customer-facing advisor, handling phone and email inquiries and delivering effective solutions. Process quotes and orders with high volume and accuracy, provide technical support, and promote product offerings to identify additional sales opportunities. Make outbound calls, resolve issues within policy, and support customer visits as needed. Also assist store operations through event coverage, inventory tasks, and safety/standard work adherence while collaborating across the district.
