Job Summary

Perform routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical testing, troubleshooting, assembly, and fabrication of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Use schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal instructions to conduct system and component-level tests, execute NPI installations and field upgrades, and document results through logbooks and test procedures. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, follow health and safety training, and support quality investigations such as Quality Notifications.

•Conduct testing, checkout, and troubleshooting for electronics and electro-mechanical systems using schematics and technical instructions.
•Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing and support new system installs, NPI installations, and field upgrades.
•Compile test documentation including logbooks and test procedures; write and maintain required records.
•Perform rework as needed from testing and generate Quality Notifications.
•Observe safety standards, follow operating instructions, use protective equipment as required, and promptly report accidents or hazards.

•Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation with good writing skills, and generate Quality Notifications.
•Follow all safety standards and operate correctly in physically demanding environments, including possible clean-room PPE requirements.
