Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed drawings and documentation covering external and internal building appearance, structure, and site conditions.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze project data from physical work sites, surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utility information, maps, and environmental/historical sources.
  • •Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinate updates with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
  • •Create modeling, concept development, renderings, feasibility and construction technology inputs, and visualizations (tables, charts, reports, sketches) for interpretation and presentations.
  • •Perform architectural work including research, inspections, and investigations to confirm conformance with applicable rules, standards, permits, and compliance documentation; maintain QA/QC and quality control.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience).
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in the discipline.
  • •Proficiency in architectural principles, practices, process, and applying them to project work.
  • •Experience with building planning, drawing standards, design, and construction management for restorative and new design projects.
  • •Proficiency with discipline-specific design software (e.g., MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong technical writing skills.
