Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • •6+ years (Staff) or 10+ years (Principal) delivering complex software systems end-to-end.
  • •Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • •Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, or Scala) and building with databases such as Postgres.
  • •Proficiency building large frontend applications with React and/or TypeScript, plus the ability to work across frontend and backend codebases and mentor engineers.
