Build and evolve a complex data analytics platform end-to-end, owning features from React-based frontend through backend services, APIs, data layers, and databases. Partner with Product and UX to translate user needs into high-quality software that solves real problems for industrial sectors. Lead design and delivery across the stack, mentor other engineers, and help drive testing, CI, clean architecture, and continuous improvement using modern web and backend technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
•6+ years (Staff) or 10+ years (Principal) delivering complex software systems end-to-end.
•Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
•Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, or Scala) and building with databases such as Postgres.
•Proficiency building large frontend applications with React and/or TypeScript, plus the ability to work across frontend and backend codebases and mentor engineers.
