Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate corporate housekeeping for subsidiaries, including approvals of financial statements, amendments to articles of association, corporate appointments/authorisations, and preparation of board/shareholder meetings.
  • •Monitor corporate officer appointments and the powers granted by the Group’s corporate bodies.
  • •Manage exceptional corporate transactions for foreign subsidiaries (e.g., mergers, capital changes, disposals, incorporations, liquidations).
  • •Draft and monitor intercompany agreements.
  • •Centralize and monitor ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) declarations and support related processes such as opening/closing secondary establishments and digitalisation/optimisation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 in corporate/business/international law or contract law (or equivalent dual qualification such as LL.M or DJCE; CAPA is a plus).
  • •At least 3 years of initial experience in a recognised corporate law firm or the legal department of an international group.
  • •Ability to take ownership of matters, provide clear recommendations, and work effectively in an international environment.
  • •Excellent legal English (spoken and written), including legal English, for daily interactions with foreign subsidiaries and local advisers.
  • •Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, with strong organizational, prioritization, teamwork, and synthesis skills.
