Lead the evolution of HelloFresh's growth platform by owning signal, audience, and data layers end-to-end. Architect a closed-loop, AI-native growth system across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving experiments, measuring impact, and scaling production infrastructure globally. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver evidence-backed, platform-wide improvements for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Signal Strategy & Optimization Layer, defining and evolving the north star signal framework and activating high-quality intent signals.
•Build and scale a first-party Audience Management Platform with advanced segmentation and real-time syncing infrastructure.
•Lead Platform Signal Integrations across Meta, Google, and TikTok, defining event hierarchies and ensuring signal quality and compliance.
•Develop and manage a Closed-Loop Optimization System, enabling real-time optimization, model retraining, and incrementality validation.
•Provide Cross-Functional Leadership across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Marketing to drive test-and-learn innovations and scale successful solutions.

Key Requirements

•6–8+ years in Product Management, with meaningful experience in Ad-Tech, Growth, or ML-driven systems.
•Proven track record of owning 0→1 and 1→N platforms — not just features — with clear before-and-after business impact.
•Strong product intuition paired with analytical rigor: you can hold a strategic vision and a data model in your head simultaneously.
•AI-native by default: LLMs, AI coding assistants, and automation are part of your daily workflow.
•Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, signal transmission, and attribution: CAPI integration, event deduplication, and signal hierarchy.
