Logistics Manager

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at a Carvana Logistics Field Operations location, coordinating with site leaders and ensuring execution of site goals. Review daily route schedules with logistics planning and scheduling to address issues and deficiencies. Lead and develop direct reports through coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Maintain workplace safety standards via yard cleanliness and Gemba walks, and support inventory movement through the warehouse workflow.
