Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Core Services that sit between product surfaces and the infrastructure layer: auth, webhooks, and agent workflow backends.
  • •Build and operate critical backend services with a focus on reliability, performance, and clean abstractions.
  • •Design and implement scalable authentication architectures and robust webhook infrastructure to handle high-throughput events with observability.
  • •Collaborate with client and inference teams to improve end-to-end agent reliability and production service lifecycles.
  • •Contribute to the full lifecycle of production services, from design to deployment and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and operating critical backend services, especially auth systems, API gateways, or webhook infrastructure.
  • •Experience with agentic products or infrastructure and reliability/performance of complex multi-step systems.
  • •Care deeply about clean abstractions and well-defined service contracts, enabling other engineers to build on your work.
  • •Strong software engineering fundamentals and ownership of the full lifecycle of production services.
  • •Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWTs, RBAC) or event-driven architectures is a plus.
