Key Responsibilities

•Own the Core Services that sit between product surfaces and the infrastructure layer: auth, webhooks, and agent workflow backends.
•Build and operate critical backend services with a focus on reliability, performance, and clean abstractions.
•Design and implement scalable authentication architectures and robust webhook infrastructure to handle high-throughput events with observability.
•Collaborate with client and inference teams to improve end-to-end agent reliability and production service lifecycles.
•Contribute to the full lifecycle of production services, from design to deployment and iteration.

Key Requirements

•Experience building and operating critical backend services, especially auth systems, API gateways, or webhook infrastructure.
•Experience with agentic products or infrastructure and reliability/performance of complex multi-step systems.
•Care deeply about clean abstractions and well-defined service contracts, enabling other engineers to build on your work.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals and ownership of the full lifecycle of production services.
•Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWTs, RBAC) or event-driven architectures is a plus.
