Key Responsibilities

  • •Own responsibility for all F-gas related equipment across the client’s tank stations, managing maintenance, breakdowns, and renewals for HVAC and refrigeration/freezer systems.
  • •Share responsibility for electrotechnical installation work, becoming an expert in electrical engineering and coordinating maintenance, incident handling, and renewals within your scope.
  • •Manage stakeholders by communicating to ensure uptime, SLA timelines, escalation steps, and costs; act as the client’s point of contact and coordinate service/breakdown solutions.
  • •With the internal data team, manage legally required inspections (planning and timely execution) and ensure they are followed up at the required contractual level.
  • •Monitor costs and contractor performance within scope, proactively handle incidents/escalations with HSSE and management, and ensure compliance with HSE/safety/legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •MBO+ or HBO education; a bachelor’s degree in a related field (F-gas, electronics, civil or mechanical engineering) is preferred.
  • •Relevant experience in technical facility management services is preferred.
  • •Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers, contractors, and partners.
  • •Fluent English to communicate effectively with the primary client.
  • •Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team with strong customer focus.
