Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the dedicated L&D partner for Tech leaders to identify skill gaps and future skills needs (including AI fluency and digital skills adoption).
  • •Lead learning consultation and design for learning solutions using multiple modalities and learning design methodologies.
  • •Partner with Tech College engineers to deploy learning through dedicated Tech College products and platforms.
  • •Project manage multiple initiatives, leading program teams and providing strategic support as needed while identifying and escalating delivery risks.
  • •Own measurement and evaluation strategy to ensure learning solutions deliver desired outcomes, and collaborate on learner communications and external storytelling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,900 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in client-facing consulting.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in project management.
  • •Demonstrated track record of excellent project management in a dynamic, complex environment.
