Job Summary

Support procurement sourcing projects and procurement-related initiatives within the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business. Work with Procurement Engineers and cross-functional teams to help execute sourcing faster, track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver strategic business presentations. Assist digital procurement efforts by developing AI agents and creating dashboards to visualize data and drive automation. Maintain project documentation, datasets, and working files, and help organize DfX and innovation workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Procurement Engineers to support faster execution of sourcing projects by working with suppliers and tracking impact on commodity.
•Execute regular Procurement team tasks, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and support strategic business procurement presentations.
•Support digital procurement initiatives, including development of AI agents and creation of dashboards to visualize complex data and drive automation.
•Maintain and structure project documentation, datasets, and working files to ensure usability and consistency.
•Assist in organizing DfX and innovation workshops with cross-functional teams for ideation and improvement activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18.13 - 20.3 hourly

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Information Systems).
•Valid certificate of enrollment for the entire assignment period (at least 1 year) and working hours up to 20 hrs/week (full-time during semester breaks possible).
•Prior experience in Project Management, Procurement, or Supplier Management is a plus.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with additional knowledge of Power BI and python/CodeX or programming language for AI models.
•Very good English (C1) and German (B1/B2) language skills.
